To make sure that we all have a positive shopping experience, here are a couple of important things to know before and after your purchase:
- Everything in our store is made to order, so all sales are final. When you place an order with us, the exact items you chose are printed just for you. In most cases, we cannot make size or color changes after the order has been placed, so please review it carefully.
- In most cases we will not be able to cancel any orders since the production is streamlined and starts immediately.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We can not guarantee shipping address change requests and we are not responsible for any shipments going to an incorrect address that has been entered with the order.
- Different products can be printed by different partners of ours, so don't be surprised if you receive multiple tracking links and multiple packages.
- All of our orders include a tracking number that is shared with you when your order ships. Please follow it. If your order has not been delivered within 2 weeks of the ship-out date, please reach out to our support team HERE.
- We only review replacement or refund requests within 30 days of product delivery. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please use the form HERE and submit a few product pictures.
- We do not offer any returns.
To keep your shirt's design as beautiful as possible, we do recommend washing your garments inside out on the gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water. You can either tumble dry low or line dry.
